  My experience with the East Providence/Rumford outlet was an excellent experience! Russ spent time putting a kitchen together with me and was very patient with me as this was my first remodel. His experience with suggesting the types of faucets for example was the guidance I neeed since i had no idea of anything except the style I wanted. I will definitely go back when I get ready to remodel my bathroom. I want to mention that my experience first began in the Warwick RI location. I don't know what the issue was but I was brushed aside despite going in there explaining I would be selecting cabinets, countertop, sink and faucet to finish my kitchen. I couldn't have made it more clear that I would be giving them my money that day. I believe it had to do with being a single woman walking in that resulted in me being dismissed. I honestly left there with tears in my eyes bc I was so upset. Then I sat in the parking lot actually crying bc remodeling is both a mixture of excitement and feeling overwhelmed at times. I would NEVER recommend the Warwick location to anyone. I was so excited but my experience in Warwick ruined that. I'm thankful for being greeted in East Providence/Rumford location with the kindness and attention I deserved. I made my purchases and I have been back again to order other odds and ends. Everyone in East Providence/Rumford was great. There wasn't a single friendly helpful face in Warwick. Thank god for Russ for turning my experience around.
