  We recently moved near Boston from Providence and needed to purchase all new appliances. We stopped into S&W just to browse and ended up purchasing everything there. These guys were outstanding. I cannot say enough good things about them. The prices were very competitive. They were accommodating with the delivery date as we needed several months before delivery. We got zero interest financing. They handled all the rebates for us. And we had a few warranty claims that they also handled for us. No issues having the repair service come to Boston. This has been the best experience we have had with a business, and we can't imagine having similar attention and service at a big box store. We're also very happy to shop local and support a business that does so great for their customers. Many thanks to Derek and the whole team there. If you're looking for appliances give them a shot. You won't regret it.
